We spare no effort to assure a safe trip, but a river departure is not without risks and we cannot assume responsibility of injury to passengers or loss of belongings, or for time and expenses incurred.
Release and Assumption of Risk:
I am aware that during the tour that I am a participant in, under arrangements of Go-For-It Whitewater Adventures Inc. and all its agents and associates, that certain dangers and risks may occur including, but not limited to the hazards of boats, hiking in mountainous terrain, accidents or illness in remote locations without medical facilities, the forces of nature, and travel by vehicles.
In considerations of, and as part payment for, the right to participate in such trips or other activities and the services and food arranged for me by Go-For-It Whitewater Adventures Inc. and their agents and associates, I have and do hereby assume all of the risks and will hold harmless from any and all liability, action, debt, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which I now have or which may arise of in connection with my trip or participation in any activities arranged for me by Go-For-It Whitewater Adventures Inc. and their agents and associates.
The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk for all my heirs, executors and family including any minors accompanying me.
